Minos' Bulls
North of the Macedonian plains, far beyond the last civilized cities, roam the mighty herds of Minos’ bulls. These are fearsome beasts, and yet their hunt may bring great fortune: their bronze horns and hides are traded at the price of gold in every city of the known world. Many hunters form expeditions to try their luck — few return, for it is said the bulls of Minos are protected by the Gods, the nymphs, and the last of the centaurs… but such things are whispered as mere legends. One man now declares he will mount a hunting expedition. He is advised to hire Ladon, one of the greatest bull-hunters alive, yet the meeting between the two men soon turns to confrontation. The expedition vanishes into the mountains, under the silent gaze of Eurytion, the centaur guardian of the sacred bulls.
